It's always exciting to look back on some of the great experiences we've had as a business, and our trip to FALLS Festival in Byron Bay in January was definitely one of them. We were thrilled to have our stall there, and with our usual products on offer, we were confident that we'd be able to attract a good crowd. But little did we know just how successful we would be!
Throughout the festival, there was a constant line of people at our stall, eagerly waiting for their turn to try our cold brew coffees. And we were more than happy to serve them! Despite the constant demand, we managed to keep the coffee flowing and serve everyone quickly, which was definitely helped by our Chill Bru concentrate. This allowed us to prepare each cup of coffee quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing quality.
One of the highlights of our trip was the popularity of our mascot koala, Kirk. He was an instant hit with the festival-goers, and we lost count of how many people asked to take a photo with him. We're glad that he brought a smile to so many people's faces, and we're already thinking about how we can make him an even bigger part of our business in the future.
Of course, it wasn't just our coffee and Kirk that made our trip to FALLS Festival so memorable. We also had the most incredible team!
Our little 3m X 3m tent was manned by our team of 6 who tirelessly served a constant line of determined, caffeine craving customers. You guys are legends!
Couple all that with great weather, incredible music and new friends, we all left with big smiles and full hearts. While we were definitely exhausted by the end of the festival, we were also incredibly happy with the results. It was amazing to see so many people enjoying our coffee, and we're grateful to everyone who stopped by and supported our business.
We're excited for what this year next will bring. We're confident that we can build on the success we had so far and we've already put some plans in motion to improve and grow as a business. Whether it's through our new products, better marketing, and/or even more festivals and events, we're committed to bringing our delicious cold brew coffee to as many people as possible. And we can't wait to see where our journey takes us next!
